Schedules
The Schedules feature is your "set it and forget it" tool for campaign automation. It allows you to create time-based rules that tell Linklo exactly when your LinkedIn campaigns should be active and when they should be paused.
This means you can run your ads only during peak performance hours, saving you time and making your budget work smarter.
How to Find and Create a Schedule
- Navigate to the Schedules area from the main menu. You'll see a table listing all of your existing schedules.
- Click the Create Schedule button to open the configuration panel.

- Schedule Name: Give your schedule a descriptive name (e.g., "Weekday 9-5 Schedule" or "US West Coast Hours").
- Ad Account: Choose which ad account this schedule will apply to.
- Assign Campaigns: Select the specific Campaign Groups or individual Campaigns you want this schedule to control. You can assign a schedule to many campaigns at once!
- Timezone: This is crucial! Select the timezone that your schedule should operate in. This is perfect for managing campaigns in different geographic regions.
Using the Time Block Grid
This is where you define the "active" hours for your campaigns. The grid shows all the hours in a week.
- Select Days: Click the days of the week you want to configure.
- Define Time Blocks: For the selected days, set the start and end times for when your campaigns should be active. You can add multiple blocks (e.g., run from 8am-12pm and then again from 1pm-5pm).
- The grid gives you a visual preview: colored blocks are "active" hours (campaigns will run), and grey blocks are "inactive" hours (campaigns will be paused by Linklo).

Once you're happy with the setup, just hit Save. Linklo will now automatically manage the status of your assigned campaigns according to this schedule.
