Activity Log

Ever wonder "Who changed that budget?" or "Why did my campaign pause overnight?" The Activity Log is your answer. It's a comprehensive audit trail that records every significant action and event that happens within your Linklo account.

Think of it as your platform's complete history, giving you full transparency for troubleshooting, compliance, and monitoring your automations.

How to Use the Activity Log

When you navigate to the Activity Log, you'll see a table listing all recent events in chronological order, with the newest events at the top.

  • Filter by Ad Account: If you manage multiple ad accounts, you can use the filter at the top of the page to narrow down the log and see events related to only one specific account.

Understanding the Activity Table

The table is designed to be scanned quickly. Here’s what the main columns mean:

  • Activity Type: We categorize every event (like a Schedule, Budget, or Alert) and give it a color-coded badge. This helps you visually identify what part of the platform generated the event.
  • Description: This column gives you the specific details of the event. It will tell you exactly what happened, like which schedule was updated, which campaign was paused, or which alert was triggered.
  • Timestamp: This shows you precisely when the event occurred.

  • Description: A close-up screenshot of the "Activity Type" column in the table. Show a few different colored badges for Schedule  , Budget  , Alert  , and Company Flow   to illustrate the visual categorization.

The color of the badge can also give you a hint about the event's nature:

  • Default/Blue: Standard informational events (e.g., a schedule was updated).
  • Success/Green: A positive completion (e.g., a flow executed successfully).
  • Warning/Orange: An event that might need your attention.
  • Destructive/Red: An error or a deletion event.

Why is the Activity Log So Useful?

  1. Troubleshooting: If a campaign's status changes unexpectedly, the log is the first place to look. It will tell you if a Schedule or Company Flow was responsible.
  2. Monitoring Automation: See exactly what your automated rules are doing in the background. It's proof that your automations are working as intended.
  3. Audit and Compliance: The log provides a complete, unchangeable record of all actions, which is essential for team accountability and organizational governance.
