Company Flows
Ready to take your campaign automation to the next level? Company Flows are your tool for creating powerful, rule-based workflows that manage your campaigns for you.
Think of it like this: if Schedules are for automating your campaigns based on time, Company Flows are for automating them based on performance. You can set up sophisticated "if this, then that" logic that runs 24/7 to optimize your campaigns.
How Company Flows Work
At its core, a Company Flow follows a simple structure:
- IF a certain performance condition is met (e.g., Cost per Click gets too high)...
- THEN automatically perform a specific action (e.g., pause the campaign).
You can create these flows to manage campaigns across multiple ad accounts, making them incredibly powerful for agencies or businesses with large advertising portfolios.
Creating Your First Company Flow
- Navigate to the Company Flows section from the main menu.
- Click the Create Company Flow button to open the configuration panel.

Configuring a New Flow
The creation panel is where you'll build the logic for your automation.

- Name and Target: Give your flow a descriptive name and select the Ad Account and specific Campaigns it should monitor.
- The "IF" Condition (The Rule): This is the heart of your flow. You'll define the trigger by setting:
- Metric: The KPI you want to watch (e.g.,
Cost per Result). - Comparison: The logic you want to use (e.g.,
is greater than). - Value: The threshold that will trigger the rule (e.g.,
$50). - Timeframe: The period over which to evaluate the metric (e.g.,
over the last 7 days).

- The "THEN" Action: This is what Linklo will do automatically when the condition is met. You can choose from a list of actions, such as
Pause Campaign.
A Practical Example
Let's say you want to automatically pause any campaign that becomes unprofitable.
You could create a flow like this:
- IF the
Cost per Resultfor a campaign is greater than$50over the last 3 days... - THEN
Pause Campaign.
Once you save and activate this flow, Linklo will tirelessly monitor your campaigns. The moment any campaign's 3-day average Cost per Result exceeds $50, Linklo will instantly pause it and log the action, preventing wasted spend without you having to lift a finger.
