The Linklo Dashboard
Once you're logged in, the first place you'll land is your Dashboard.
Think of it as your home base or command center. It's designed to give you a quick, at-a-glance overview of what's happening with your LinkedIn ad automation.
Understanding Your Main Dashboard
Your main dashboard is made up of a few key cards that summarize your account's status.

1. The Schedules Card
This card shows you the total number of active schedules you have running. It's a simple count that tells you how many automation rules you've put in place. If you need to manage them, the "GO TO SCHEDULES" link will take you right there.
2. The Coverage Card
This is one of the most useful cards on the dashboard. It shows you how many of your Campaign Groups and individual Campaigns are being managed by a schedule, compared to the total number you have.
For example, seeing "Campaigns: 15 / 24" tells you that while 15 campaigns are automated, there are still 9 campaigns running without a schedule. This is a great way to spot opportunities to expand your automation and save more time.
3. The Team Card
This card gives you a quick look at your team's setup, showing the number of team members in your organization.
Special Dashboard Views
Your dashboard might look different in a couple of specific situations. Here’s what they mean:
Seeing a "Syncing" Message?
If you've just signed up or connected a new ad account, you'll see a green status card letting you know that Linklo is syncing with your LinkedIn data.
The card will list out the steps:
- Connecting to your LinkedIn account
- Retrieving ad accounts and campaigns
- Syncing historical data and metrics
You don't need to do a thing! The page checks for updates every 10 seconds and will automatically refresh and show you the full dashboard as soon as the sync is complete. This usually just takes a few minutes.
Seeing a "No Ad Accounts" Message?
If no LinkedIn ad accounts have been selected for your organization yet, the dashboard will prompt you to take action. What you see depends on your role.
- If you are the organization owner: You'll see an orange warning card prompting you to select which ad accounts you want Linklo to manage. Just click the "Go to Settings" button to get it sorted.
- If you are a team member: You'll see a blue informational card letting you know that no accounts are available yet. You'll need to get in touch with your organization's owner to have them select the ad accounts in their settings.
